• Develop strategies for cross-functional programs and initiatives with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity.

Major Duties :1. Provides comprehensive technical support in planning and monitoring the activities that are necessary to complete a business analysis effort

• Identifies business process techniques used to manage requirements
• Helps manages conflicts, issues and changes to requirement in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team are all in agreement on the solution scope.
• Responsible for managing the business need, refines and clarifies the definition of that need, and designs and produces a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business. May oversees the development of the business case.
• Designs and proposes solutions which can best fit the business need, identifies gaps and shortcoming in solutions, and determines necessary work-around or changes to the solution
• Carries out initiatives that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult and may involve multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
• Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
• Role is focused on development and initiative management. Executes on strategic business activities that cross functional lines
• Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to help improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Knowledge : Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

• In-depth knowledge of business analysis / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to help assess and develop the skills of staff.

Experience : College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Demonstrates excellent experience in change initiatives, with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects.
