Job summary

Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Associate Specialist - AI Architect in Bengaluru to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI governance. You will collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven transformations while ensuring governance, security, and ethical AI practices

Qualifications

• 11+ years of IT experience with AI/ML solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with LLMs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration.
• MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD, and AI observability.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data lakes, APIs, and microservices.
• AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Stakeholder management and solution presentation skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Specialist - AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI governance, with a proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI architecture strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Design end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms leveraging cloud-native technologies.
• Lead solution design across data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, orchestration tools, and cloud AI services.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, conversational AI, and knowledge management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, engineers, and enterprise architects to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development and AI engineering teams.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technology evaluations.
• Support proposal development, client discussions, and solution presentations for AI-led transformations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to AI/ML solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps practices, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and AI observability.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts, data lakes, distributed processing, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, compliance explainability, and ethical AI practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Experience in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
• AI-related certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
