Job summary

QAF Digital Platforms Pvt Ltd is seeking a QA Automation Tester to develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for the QuickAppFlow platform. You will perform platform, workflow, and AI feature testing to ensure functional accuracy and end-to-end quality.

The role requires hands-on API testing with Postman, SQL data validation, and working knowledge of SDLC/STLC, with a strong focus on detail and collaboration with Development and Product teams.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities:

• Automation Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to automate functional and regression testing of QuickAppFlow platform features and applications.
• Platform & Functional Testing: Test QuickAppFlows low-code platform features, configurable business applications, forms, dashboards, reports, and other platform components to ensure functionality meets defined requirements.
• Workflow & Process Automation Testing: Validate configurable workflows, business rules, approval processes, notifications, scheduled processes, and end-to-end business process automation across different scenarios.
• AI Feature Testing: Test AI-powered capabilities including AI Agents, AI Co-Pilot, AI-driven workflow automation, natural-language interactions, and other AI/LLM-based features for functional accuracy and expected outcomes.
• API, Integration & Database Testing: Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, validate third-party/system integrations, and use SQL queries to verify application data and backend transactions.
• Test Case Execution & Defect Management: Understand requirements, prepare and execute test cases/scenarios, perform functional, integration and regression testing, and identify, document, track, retest, and verify defects.
• Quality & Release Validation: Perform end-to-end testing of new features and product releases, collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues, and continuously improve test coverage and QA practices.

Required skills:

• Good understanding of Automation Testing concepts with hands-on knowledge of Selenium for developing and executing automated test cases.
• Good understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing.
• Basic understanding of programming/scripting concepts required for developing and maintaining automation test scripts.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API testing using Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data validation and backend testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to identify application issues.
• Ability to understand business requirements, workflows, and business processes and convert them into appropriate test scenarios.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with Development and Product teams.
• Strong willingness to learn Automation Testing, AI-based testing, new QA tools, and emerging software testing technologies.
