Job summary

The candidate will contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle with a focus on backend API work, database design, and modern frontend capabilities using Java, JavaScript, and React/Angular.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with backend API development.
• Databases: MySQL and MongoDB; design and maintenance.
• Proven experience as a Lead/Sr Software Engineer or similar role.
• Understanding of scalable applications and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript; familiarity with React/Angular.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; strong teamwork and communication.
• Quick learner; eager to learn new languages and technologies.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. A successful candidate will play a key role in DevOps, designing, developing, and implementing new features for the BnE platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Participate in our agile development process, Scrum
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with backend API development
• MySql, MongoDB and experience designing and maintaining databases
• Proven experience as a Lead/Sr Software Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications and DevOps
• Solid proficiency with Spring, Spring boot, Java, JavaScript and familiarity with React/Angular
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven quick learner who is excited about learning new programming languages and technologies
