Key responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug GenAI based software applications in various software languages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project scopes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in software applications, proposing creative solutions when needed.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and reports as necessary for projects and processes.
• Adaptability: Keep updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into ongoing projects.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Backend Engineer - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python (preferred), SQL or others relevant to software development along with expose of LLM models and their use cases.
• Data Engineer - Exposure to big data processing techniques including Spark, Hadoop, SQL etc.
• Data Science - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or others used in data analysis, LLM and machine learning along with strong understanding of statistical analysis, and data manipulation techniques.
• DevOps Engineer - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Python scripting; advantageous experience in containerization tech (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their integration into CI/CD pipelines. Some exposure of NVIDIA GPU based systems are preferred.
• Experience in building Search Analytics, preferably using Elastic Search.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning techniques.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and GitHub for deployment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a logical approach to tackling challenges.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in software development is a plus.
