Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development experience in product, startup, or technology services.
• Strong CS fundamentals covering data structures and algorithms, OOP, databases, operating systems, and networking.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants or agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to write effective prompts, break problems into agent‑friendly tasks, and critically review and test AI‑generated implementations.
• AB.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain reliable software applications and services.

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Engineerwith a solid foundation in computer science and hands‑on software development experience. The role is suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building products from the ground up, and taking ownership of technical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java or Python, practical knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, and experience working with modern development workflows. You should also be comfortable using AI coding assistants and agents as part of everyday development while maintaining strong engineering judgement through careful review, testing, and validation.

• Competitive programming experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React is a plus.
• AB.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
