Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune, Maharashtra, invites a curious software developer to join our team. You will design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software, with a focus on Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs, and you will contribute to UI work using Angular where needed.

You should have at least 2 years of software development experience, strong collaboration skills, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
• 2+ years software development experience.
• Expertise in Java languages and programming.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Tanzu, etc).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and team player capabilities required.
