Job summary

TriNet is hiring an Associate Software Engineer in Hyderabad to design, develop, test, and release applications, platform capabilities, and integrations. You will contribute across the SDLC, follow coding standards, and build prototypes while leveraging AI tooling like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

This role requires collaboration with distributed teams and hands-on coding. Education requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field required.
• Typically < 2 years experience developing products or platforms.
• Experience with UI or backend web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RAG and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong coding practices and knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and development of new products and enhancements.
• Contribute through the full SDLC with focus on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Follow coding standards and best practices, contributing through hands-on coding.
• Develop unit tests and automated test scripts in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach.
