Job summary

TriNet in Hyderabad, Telangana, seeks a Staff Software Engineer – Full Stack to architect, design and deliver scalable software aligned with our standards. Collaborate with product owners, merge code across streams, mentor teammates and promote coding best practices while building robust UI/API integrations.

Required: 8+ years in Java/Python/JS, AngularJS or ReactJS, microservices, REST/GRPC/GraphQL, and databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). AWS, Docker and Kubernetes are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on OO programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript UI frameworks.
• Experience with AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Experience with microservices and end-to-end UI/API integration.
• Knowledge of REST, gRPC and GraphQL APIs.
• DBMS experience: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience building cloud-native apps; AWS, Docker and Kubernetes a plus.

This position will drive the adherence of technology solutions to the company's architectural standards and business growth. **What you will do*** Architect and Lead the planning, design and development of new solutions* Working closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements* Support the merging of code bases for multiple project streams along with contributing to the coding best practices* Solves complex and ambitious problems by crafting elegant and impactful solutions* Contributes to technical innovations along with defining coding standards* Mentors and supports other members of the software development team and contributes to the software development best practices* Performs other duties as assigned* Complies with all policies and standards**Education Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience required**Experience Qualifications*** Typically 8+ years hands-on object-oriented programming in Java or Python and/or Javascript (UI) frameworks**Skills and Abilities*** Understanding of all phases of Software development life cycle* Software Development Experience with Java or Python* Experience with UI modern framework like AngularJS or ReactJS* Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and graphQL* Experience in drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and easy to maintain software solutions* Knowledge about the Caching technologies and DBMS technologies like Oracle, MySQL, PostGres, MongoDB and designing the database schema* Strong Problem-solving, communication and organizational skills* Experience with building or maintaining cloud native applications* Experience in building large scale platforms that deal real-time complex transactions, and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems* Experience with core AWS Services, Serverless approaches like AWS Lambda, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus**Travel Requirements** Minimal **Work Environment*** Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
