Job summary

Highspring India is seeking a qualified candidate for a permanent role in Gurugram. The position requires a Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, plus strong data-driven problem solving and basic Unix/Linux, HTML/JS/CSS skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fix quick issues and submit code in Java/Python production environments.
• Develop new products iteratively by building quick POCs.
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows using Python, Java, and C++ within internal framework.
• Build resilient data pipelines for reporting and monitoring use cases.
• Deliver zero-defect code and ensure deliverables meet defect SLA.
• Present technical solutions and project status clearly to stakeholders.
• Document pipelines and tools; communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with analysts, software engineers, and product managers on data solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on quick fixes, submit code on Java/Python production
• Work on development of new products iteratively by building quick POCs and converting ideas into real products
• Develop workflows and ETL/ELT code using Python, Java and C++ based internal Framework.
• Build resilient data pipelines for reporting and Monitoring use cases
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the team's deliverables meet or exceed the prescribed defect SLA
• Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of developed pipelines, processes, and tools. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, software engineers, and product managers, to understand requirements and implement data solutions that enhance the search platform. Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Perform other tasks on R&D, data governance, data security, system infrastructure, and other cross team functions, on an as-needed basis.
