Job summary

AcoBloom International in Noida seeks a full-time, hybrid bookkeeper with 1–2 years of UK bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of UK VAT, expense codings, and ledger scrutiny is required. Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks Online is essential, along with clear communication via calls and emails.

You will maintain ledgers, generate VAT work papers, and ensure compliance with UK rules, while backfilling for staff. No remote-only roles; hybrid work in Noida with regular collaboration.

Qualifications

• At-least 1 year of core UK Bookkeeping experience required.
• Knowledge of UK VAT rates, categorizations, expense codings and related aspects.
• Should be able to generate high-quality VAT and bookkeeping work papers and perform ledger scrutiny in line with VAT rules.
• Working knowledge of UK bookkeeping software (Xero, QBO) is a must.
• Location is not a problem; Hybrid role, not full WFH.

Responsibilities

• Maintain UK ledgers and ensure VAT compliance.
• Prepare VAT work papers and conduct ledger scrutiny per UK regulations.
• Backfill duties as needed and liaise via calls and emails with stakeholders.

• At-least 1 year of core UK Bookkeeping experience required.
• Candidate should have reasonable knowledge on UK VAT rates, categorizations, expense codings and related aspects.
• Should be able to generate good quality VAT and bookkeeping work papers, perform ledger scrutiny in alignment with the VAT rules and regulations.
• Communication skills should be satisfactory in order to handle the regular communication over the calls and the emails.
• Working knowledge of Xero, QBO, and other UK Book-keeping softwares is a must.
• Location not a problem. But look only for Hybrid people and not full WFH.
