The Taxation & Regulatory Compliance professional will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances across India, UK, and US entities, ensuring timely filings, tax risk management, transfer pricing compliance, labour law compliance, statutory assessments, and supporting business decisions from a tax and regulatory perspective. The role requires coordination with external consultants, auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
