Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong grounding in valuation techniques, including DCF-based analysis, to support M&A advisory engagements. Proficient in corporate finance and financial analysis to evaluate transaction feasibility and business performance. Hands-on understanding of merger and acquisitions processes, including deal structuring and advisory support. Ability to prepare pitch decks and transaction collaterals with accuracy and commercial relevance. Exposure to project management and process coordination across vendor due diligence and transaction documentation, including SPA and SHA.
