Job summary

EY Mumbai is hiring for an Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory. The CHS and SaT practice focuses on Consumer Products and Health Sciences, offering exposure to investment banking advisory across buy-side and sell-side engagements.

The role requires CA and MBA, with 1-3 years of front-end investment banking experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze deals, build models, and prepare materials.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) is required.
• MBA from Premier / Top Institutes is required.
• Front End Investment Banking Experience of 1 - 3 years

Responsibilities

• Support execution of buy-side, sell-side, strategic partnership, joint venture and fundraising mandates.
• Assist the Deal team in preparing transaction marketing materials including: teasers, information memorandums (IMs), financial models, and deal-related presentations.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams involving financial, commercial, tax and legal advisors.
• Assist in managing virtual data rooms and transaction processes.
• Assist senior bankers in preparing pitch books, strategic presentations and sector update presentations.
• Research emerging investment themes, sector related developments, and various transactions that take place.
• Prepare sector reports, industry maps, company profiles and market assessments.
• Contribute to client pitches, business development initiatives
