Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - M&A Advisory in New Delhi to join the CHS team. You will contribute to the execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions alongside founders and corporate clients.

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills are essential to deliver high-quality analyses and client-ready materials throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master of Commerce / MBA / PGDM / CA are required.
• 3+ years in Financial Analysis, Content Strategy, and Business Analysis.
• Strong communication, business development, and transaction closure abilities.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial investment banking professional to join our Consumer Investment Banking team. The role offers exposure to end-to-end execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises and strategic transactions. The candidate will work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors on high-impact transactions across the consumer ecosystem. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of M&A and Private Equity transaction processes. - Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities. - Experience in preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks. - Exposure to execution and closure of live transactions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - High degree of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
