Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• 1. Support execution of buy-side, sell-side, strategic partnership, joint venture and fundraising mandates. 2. Support the Deal team in prepare of transaction marketing materials including: a.) Teasers b.) Information Memorandums (IMs) c.) Financial Models d.) Deal Related presentations 3.) Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams involving financial, commercial, tax and legal advisors. 4.) Assist in managing virtual data rooms and transaction processes 5.) Assist senior bankers in preparing pitch books, strategic presentations and sector update presentations 6.) Research emerging investment themes, sector related developments, and various transactions that take place 7.) Prepare sector reports, industry maps, company profiles and market assessments 8.) Contribute to client pitches, business development initiatives
