Job summary

TD SYNNEX, a Fortune 500 global corporation and the world’s largest IT distributor, is seeking an SAP IBP Associate Consultant in Chennai. You will support design, development, and delivery of SAP IBP solutions (Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization) and CI-DS integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes.

The role requires 2–4 years of SAP IBP experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferably BE CS/IT with coding experience).
• Hands-on experience of 2-4 years with SAP IBP (any module).
• Managing and improving SAP IBP solutions to support business needs.
• Experience designing IBP solutions per model configuration guide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/configurate SAP IBP modules and resolve issues.
• Assist in technical design, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
• Support daily EMEA Sunrise Process (CET hours).
• Document configurations, batch jobs, and change logs.
• Collaborate with BI, BASIS, ABAP, and MM teams.
• Lead user groups and manage tasks with adaptability.

About The Role

As an SAP IBP Associate Consultant, you will support design, development, and delivery of SAP IBP solutions (Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization) and CI-DS integrations.

What You'll Do

• Maintain/configurate SAP IBP modules and resolve issues.
• Assist in technical design, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
• Support daily EMEA "Sunrise Process" (CET hours).
• Document configurations, batch jobs, and change logs.
• Collaborate with BI, BASIS, ABAP, and MM teams.
• Lead user groups and manage tasks with adaptability.

What We're Kindly Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferably Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or IT with coding experience).
• Hands-on experience of 2-4 years with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (any module)
• Managing and Improving SAP IBP solution, driving continuous improvements, and making sure the planning solution supports business needs.
• Used best practices of designing IBP solutions as per model configuration guide in previous assignments.
• Nice to have: SAP IBP certification on latest version or Certifications in Supply Chain/Operations Management (a plus).
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, SDLC, and defect management.
• Strong communication (English) and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented team player with multitasking ability.
