• Coordinate with CPC / RPC / Investment Desks for execution of service requests of affluent customers.
• Manage complaints and ensure resolution within TAT.
• Encourage higher wallet share through service-to-sales cross-sell and deepen banking relationships.
• Deliver performance on the service-quality scorecard.
• Visit customers for service-related profiling and relationship management.
