Job summary

Arcadis India is seeking a dynamic Real Estate (Market Analysis & Financial Feasibility) Expert to join our Architecture & Urbanism Practice in Gurgaon and Mumbai. You will lead market studies, valuation, and financial feasibility analyses for urban and infrastructure-led projects.

You bring 10–15 years in real estate advisory, valuation, or market consulting, with Excel-based financial modeling and a good understanding of real estate regulations and investment principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Economics, Finance, or related field.
• MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in real estate advisory, valuation, or market consulting.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and reporting.
• Understanding of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and investment principles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Prior experience working within multi-disciplinary teams on urban or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate market assessments for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Undertake highest and best use studies and define appropriate land use mixes.
• Prepare financial feasibility models and valuation reports to support master planning, infrastructure, and real estate projects.
• Support client engagements through strategic inputs, business case development, and stakeholder presentations.
• Analyze socio-economic trends, demographic data, and policy frameworks to inform real estate strategy.
• Undertake business development and contribute to bids and proposals from a market and financial lens.
