Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate QA Analyst to review requirements, write and execute test cases, and perform regression testing across web, mobile and API tests. The role emphasizes exploratory testing and clear defect reporting to improve quality and performance.

Candidate will work with JSON/HTML/CSS elements and be familiar with QA tooling and bug-tracking practices within a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Qualifications

• Reviews requirements, specs and technical design docs to provide feedback.
• Writes and executes test cases to detect functional, usability and performance issues.
• Performs thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Conducts exploratory testing across devices and browsers.
• Creates detailed reports and lists improvements.
• Knows JSON/HTML/CSS for the project.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and TDs; provide feedback and questions.
• Design and execute test cases for web, mobile and API testing.
• Run regression tests after bug fixes and updates.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover issues early.
• Prepare clear bug reports and logs for developers.
• Assist with test documentation and traceability.

Associate QA Analyst Responsibilities - Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback analysis of requirements, preparing a query list based on those requirements writing and executing test cases to detect functional, usability and performance issues Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies conducting exploratory testing – simultaneous test design and execution verification of multi-device and cross-platform consistency (software works on different devices and browsers) creating detailed reports and listing improvements

Skills

• Solid knowledge on Web Application testing
• Knowledge and understanding of the development process and software life cycle.
• Knowledge of functional testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in manual web/mobile/API/requirements testing.
• Familiarity with writing test documentation, requirements review, creating bug reports.
• Understanding certain marking/scripting/programming languages, required for the project (e.g. JSON, HTML/CSS).
• Ability to describe bugs clearly and accurately.
• Solid knowledge on SQL
• Knowledge on API Testing Tools: Jira, Bug Tracking tool, MYSQL, POSTMAN, Azure
