Job summary

Myntra leads in fashion e-commerce in India and seeks a QA lead for garment manufacturing. You will oversee quality across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, train factory QA teams, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years in garment QA, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Retail/e-commerce experience is advantageous. This is an on-site Delhi position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B-Tech/NIFT with 3+ years experience in Garment Manufacturing & QA functions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation; Proficiency in MS-Office is a must.
• Previous experience in retail & e-commerce is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish quality process cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, conducting PP Meetings, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
• Provide training and educate the quality & production personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the Quality SOP & brand requirements.
• Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to the management.
• Understanding and following the quality SOP in each step of the process, implementing buyer’s every work manual & following the quality standard to the production factory.
• Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
• Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory.
• Conducting Final inspection and confirm the quality of the product.
• Train up and lead factory nominated QA team directly.
• Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling process from buyer end.
• Need to generate weekly quality report and Monthly quality reports.
• Reducing DHU%, improve first audit pass rate, reducing Inward Rejection and reducing customer returns.
