Job summary

Greythr in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned QA leader to develop and maintain QA policies and procedures, ensuring GDP, GMP and other standards are met across the organization. You will lead internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, oversee documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports), and deliver training on quality requirements, ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GDP, GMP and other standards.
• Perform internal and external audits; drive corrective actions and CAPA processes.
• Oversee documentation processes, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Create and deliver training programs on quality requirements for staff and teams.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, research staff, and external partners to ensure quality across activities.
• Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and client audits.
• Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement and validate effectiveness of actions.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier quality, coordinating with procurement and other teams.
• Investigate customer complaints, deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in vendor audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing procedures.
• Provide guidance on validation methodologies and equipment qualification.
• Lead or support change management activities related to quality systems and processes.
• Evaluate change proposals for quality impacts and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure all quality systems are validated and comply with data integrity requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality-related software and technology tools.
