Responsibilities

• Run delivery for voicebot projects across mid-market, SMB and inside-sales customers.
• Gather requirements, write the scope and keep projects moving to their committed dates.
• Carry a high number of concurrent, lower-complexity projects without losing track of any.
• Coordinate between customers and the engineering team on integrations, testing and go-live.
• Escalate early when a project is drifting rather than reporting it after the fact.
