Job summary

Exotel is seeking a delivery-focused professional to run voicebot delivery for scale-up customers, spanning mid-market, SMB and inside sales. The role offers breadth and pace early in a delivery career within a fast-growing tech environment.

You will coordinate requirements, scope, and timelines while handling a high volume of concurrent, lower-complexity projects and maintaining clear documentation and handovers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in project coordination, delivery or account management in tech.
• Experience handling multiple small customers concurrently.
• SaaS or CPaaS background.

Responsibilities

• Delivery for voicebot projects across mid-market, SMB and inside sales.
• Gather requirements, write the scope, and keep projects on schedule.
• Manage a high number of concurrent, lower-complexity projects.
• Maintain documentation, status and handover notes.
• Coordinate between customers and engineering on integrations and go-live.
• Escalate early if a project drifts.
