The Associate Professor plays a key role in curriculum delivery across postgraduate programs, actively engages in scholarly activity, and fosters an inclusive and a supportive learning environment. Beyond teaching, the role involves contributing to curriculum innovation, collaborating with colleagues across UNSW campuses, and participating in initiatives that strengthen academic quality and institutional reputation. The Associate Professor is expected to maintain an emerging research profile, contribute to faculty development, and uphold academic standards consistent with UNSW and University Grants Commission (UGC) frameworks, while promoting equity, diversity, and student success.
