• Curriculum Development: Design and update curricula based on current trends and industry requirements, following statutory academic standards
• Administration & Governance: Actively participate in departmental committees, accreditation processes, and university-level administrative responsibilities.
• Research & Publication: Conduct independent research, publish findings in reputable journals, organise academic conferences and supervise Ph.D. scholars & postgraduate projects.
• Funding Acquisition: Write grant proposals to secure external funding for research projects.
