Role Description

This full-time, on-site Associate Professor role is based in Salem. The Associate Professor will deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials, design and update course materials, and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects. The role includes mentoring and advising students on academic and career development, supervising research projects, and contributing to curriculum development in collaboration with academic committees. The Associate Professor will engage in scholarly research, publish in relevant journals, participate in conferences, and stay current with developments in their discipline. Additional responsibilities include departmental meetings, accreditation processes, outreach or industry collaboration initiatives, and academic administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant academic discipline, with a strong record of teaching, research, and scholarly activity.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging course content using diverse and inclusive teaching methods.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and student mentoring skills, with a commitment to learner-centered education.
