Job description

Qualifying Criteria - ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:

1. a. The candidate should be a Ph. D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. AND Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals AND Minimum Research Score of 75
2. b. Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph. D. experience.
3. In the event, that the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:
4. 1. A Ph. D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
5. OR
6. 1. A Ph. D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two-year full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.
7. iii. First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body.
8. iv. The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at the national / International level as equivalent to Ph. D. and eight years of managerial experience in the industry should be at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate.
9. c. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph. D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.

Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
