The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching, clinical guidance, academic development, student mentoring, research activities, departmental coordination, and institutional academic responsibilities at Bhagyoday Hospital / Medical College, Kadi. This is suitable for MD, MS, or DNB qualified doctors with experience in departments such as Forensic Medicine, Psychiatry, Ophthalmology, Radiodiagnosis, Biochemistry, and Anatomy. The candidate will support high-quality medical education, clinical learning, and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate teaching sessions as per medical curriculum requirements.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, seminars, and clinical case discussions.
• Guide students in theoretical knowledge, practical learning, clinical skills, and examination preparation.
• Supervise academic activities within the assigned department.
• Support curriculum planning, timetable preparation, and academic coordination.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic reviews, and institutional committees.
• Guide junior faculty, tutors, residents, and students in academic and clinical activities.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, clinical postings, lab sessions, or case-based learning as applicable.
• Support research work, publications, audits, academic projects, and scientific presentations.
• Maintain student attendance, assessment records, academic documentation, and departmental reports.
• Participate in internal exams, university exams, viva, practical evaluation, and assessment activities.
