As an Associate Product Manager, you will contribute to core product development and help shape our next generation of AI‑powered capabilities on high‑scale systems used by enterprise customers globally.

In this role, you will…

• Contribute to product discovery through user research, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Contribute to defining and prioritizing roadmap initiatives aligned to customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality, scalable features as part of a Scrum team.
• Help identify and shape AI‑powered capabilities, including intelligent features, automation, and modern integration patterns.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track success metrics and use data to continuously evaluate and improve product outcomes.
• Diagnose customer‑reported issues and contribute to prioritization decisions that improve customer trust and satisfaction.
• Ensure delivered features drive measurable improvements in customer experience and product quality.
• Grow your product instincts through mentorship, customer exposure, and hands‑on collaboration with senior PMs and engineering teams.

• Have 0‑2 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a customer‑facing, analytical, or technical role.
