Job summary

IDfy is seeking a product manager who can bridge privacy-aware AI with enterprise workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineering and design to deliver robust, scalable solutions across AI-enabled contracts, PII classification, and privacy compliance.

You will craft PRDs, engage with customers, and help guide product strategy with leadership to ship fast across markets in Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of core product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to bring structure to messy problems and run sharp prioritisation.
• Experience building LOS, LMS, HRMS, CRM, or equivalent workflow-heavy products that now need AI agents to solve for outcomes.
• Comfort with AI-led product patterns: LLMs, summarisation, retrieval.
• Bonus: experience in AI-based risk, fraud, or compliance products.

• Sit with customers and observe them use the product, listening more than you talk.

• Global scale from day one. This is not an India-only product. You will ship to markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
• Privy has already gartenered 50+ Enterprise customers and inching towards 100 and this comes with a need for speed across functions.
• Real ownership. APM at IDfy owns a roadmap decided and prioritised by the product team, not a backlog.You will work directly with engineering, design, and leadership.
• Build at the intersection of AI, risk, and workflow. Few PM roles let you touch all three. This one does.
• Customers who care. Our users are risk analysts, ops leaders, and CXOs at top financial institutions. Their feedback will shape what you build.
