About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to own and drive AI-powered product initiatives across the YottaFlex product portfolio.

The role involves working across product discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and adoption. You will work closely with engineering teams, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into practical, scalable AI product solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on understanding of AI/LLM technologies and is comfortable working across multiple products and user groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through development, launch, and adoption.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Gather and analyze customer, business, and market requirements.
• Translate business problems into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities.
• Identify appropriate use cases for LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and deterministic workflows.
• Evaluate AI models based on quality, accuracy, cost, latency, security, and scalability.
• Define AI evaluation criteria, test cases, and quality benchmarks before product releases.
• Experiment with prompts and AI workflows and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance.
• Identify opportunities to develop reusable AI capabilities across multiple products.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on customer value and business impact.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate product decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Work effectively with distributed teams across India and the US.
• Prepare PRDs, product specifications, decision documents, release notes, and other product documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience working on technical software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, developer tools, or similar products.
• Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams to build and launch products or features.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one AI/ML or Generative AI product or feature.
• Strong understanding of modern LLM capabilities, limitations, and practical applications.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts such as:

  • Tool/Function Calling
  • AI Evaluation
  • AI Guardrails
• Ability to understand APIs, technical architecture, data flows, and engineering constraints.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, particularly Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, or serverless architectures.
• Exposure to Azure or GCP.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Experience with developer platforms, SDLC products, or engineering tools.
• Experience in banking, financial services, compliance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, LLM cost optimization, or performance optimization.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working with US‑based customers or stakeholders.
