Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and establish the product vision, goals, roadmap, supporting business metrics, and success indicators for digital products across platforms.
- Grow our digital business by increasing engagement and revenue while improving customer experience and developing workflow efficiencies.
- Be data-driven: derive insights from data and leverage them for product improvements and iterations.
- Support product strategy and vision with real user interactions and data analytics.
- Evaluate new technologies, analyze customer insights, conduct testing, and make analytical recommendations.
- Manage product ownership and oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept, scope, design, development, to final delivery and post-launch follow-up.
- Collaborate with developers to validate technical designs against product requirements.
- Drive large-scale products to success by working cross-functionally with product, design, technology, editorial, and marketing teams.
- Develop product strategies and articulate vision through detailed specifications, including feature lists, user stories, flows, and wireframes.
- Gather and manage product feedback via surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing.
- Be the customer expert: understand pain points and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in B2C mobile/apps.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- High-level conceptual thinking about product and user problems.
- Ability to create wireframes for product development to introduce new features or enhance existing ones.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Data Studio, SQL, with a strong inclination for numbers and business metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, PLC management, UI, UX, and Visual Design.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile product best practices.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies.
