Job summary

Jar is seeking a product-minded professional to drive strategy and shape the roadmap for its platform in Bengaluru. You will analyze user behavior and funnels, prioritize features, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, ensuring our products deliver measurable impact.

You will partner with engineering and design to ship solutions that address real customer problems, while building data models and dashboards to monitor health metrics and growth indicators.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in product management, growth, or product analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, or SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing methodology, user funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.

• Background in fintech, e-commerce, D2C, or consumer technology is a plus
