Qualifications

• Strong IPMAT and management entrance exam knowledge.
• Excellent command of QA, DI, and LR.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (8/10+).
• Proven experience in teaching or academic product management.
• Ability to translate student behavior into academic/product improvements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in EdTech or IPMAT/CAT coaching preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Bhopal and work from the office.

• Own and drive the academic direction of the IPMAT product under SuperGrads.
• Act as the academic face of the IPMAT segment and build credibility among aspirants.
• Develop and review learning plans, study material, mock tests, and other academic interventions.
• Ensure strong academic quality across QA, DI, and LR.
• Collaborate with faculty, content, product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Understand student needs, trends, and competitor offerings to improve the IPMAT product.
• Lead webinars, masterclasses, mentorship sessions, and other academic engagements.
• Build relationships with aspirants and gather feedback to improve the learning experience.
• Support development of new IPMAT products, courses, batches, and initiatives.
• Represent SuperGrads/IPMAT in forums to strengthen the brand.

About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Director – Academics (IPMAT) who will be the academic face of the IPMAT segment and play a key role in shaping the academic direction, student experience, and growth of the program.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong connect with IPMAT aspirants. This role requires someone who can combine academic expertise, student understanding, content strategy, faculty coordination, and product thinking to build a strong IPMAT offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the academic direction of the IPMAT product under SuperGrads.
• Act as the academic face of the IPMAT segment and build strong credibility among IPMAT aspirants.
• Develop and review academic strategies, learning plans, study material, mock tests, and other academic interventions.
• Ensure strong academic quality across Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), and Logical Reasoning (LR).
• Work closely with faculty, content, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless academic execution.
• Understand student needs, exam trends, and competitor offerings to continuously improve the IPMAT product.
• Participate in and drive student-facing initiatives such as webinars, YouTube sessions, masterclasses, mentorship sessions, and other academic engagements.
• Build strong relationships with IPMAT aspirants and understand their preparation challenges and expectations.
• Track academic performance and student feedback and use insights to improve the learning experience.
• Support the development of new academic products, courses, batches, and initiatives for the IPMAT segment.
• Represent SuperGrads/IPMAT in relevant student and academic forums and strengthen the brand's academic positioning.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of IPMAT and management entrance examinations.
• Excellent command of QA, DI, and LR.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a minimum expected proficiency of 8/10.
• Strong ability to connect with and influence IPMAT aspirants.
• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, academic leadership, or academic product management.
• Ability to understand student behaviour and translate insights into academic/product improvements.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates with experience in IPMAT/CAT coaching, EdTech, or competitive-exam preparation will be preferred.
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Must be comfortable relocating to Bhopal and working from the office.
