  • 0-1 years of relevant experience supporting clients in the US, UK, or Australia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with exposure to AI.
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily workflow of the Supplier Response team to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential issues.
  • Identify RFPs that require new/more NMQR sends and prioritize them based on urgency and impact.
  • Collaborate with the Trip Operations team to determine bad sends and implement corrective actions.
  • Clean up unresponsive onboards within platform to improve the overall health of RFP responses and increase response rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
  • Work closely with Kaitlyn to review RFPs and ensure they are healthy and on track.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
