Job summary

Nagarro Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer specialized in SAP FICA to lead ECC to S/4HANA migration, blueprint, configure, and migrate data with ABAP collaboration. The role requires 9+ years of SAP FICA experience and strong stakeholder management in cross-functional settings.

You will drive requirements, testing, cutover, and Hypercare while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring robust FICA implementations across finance integrations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years total experience in SAP FICA
• Strong hands-on SAP FICA implementation and configuration
• ECC to S/4HANA migration/conversion experience
• Experience with BP conversion, Contract Accounts, and FICA master data migrations
• FI-GL integration, revenue posting, and reconciliation experience
• Experience integrating FICA with SD, FI-CO, BRIM
• Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW) and ABAP interfaces
• Ability to prepare functional specs/WRICEF and coordinate with ABAP teams
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare
• Knowledge of S/4HANA FICA features and CDS views
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Utilities/Telecom/Insurance/Public Sector/Subscription businesses preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA FICA migration/conversion activities
• Perform FICA blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and Hypercare
• Manage BP conversion, Contract Accounts, open items, and historical data migration
• Configure core FICA processes including payments, dunning, interest, returns, security deposits, and write-offs
• Manage FI-GL integration, revenue posting, reconciliation, and mass processing
• Integrate FICA with SD, FI-CO, BRIM and related systems
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design with stakeholders
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements and interfaces
• Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production support
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions across implementation and migration activities
• Mentor junior consultants and drive SAP FICA best practices

• Total experience: 9+ years
