Nagarro1 is seeking a senior integration specialist with 9+ years of experience to lead delivery on ESB and Kafka integrations. The role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and hands-on guidance to developers, ensuring high-quality, reliable deliverables.

The candidate will partner with Deputy/Project Managers, monitor progress, and mitigate risks while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in integration and related domains.
• Strong experience with ESB and Kafka.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers and unblock technical hurdles.
• Lead technical teams and drive quality standards in delivery.
• Experience with Workato technology is a major advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Requirement:

• Experience: 9+ Years
• Strong experience with ESB and Kafka.
• Work in close partnership with the Deputy Manager to align on daily priorities, project objectives, and operational expectations.
• Maintain rigorous oversight of all ongoing tasks, ensuring complete visibility, active follow-up, and timely completion.
• Set and maintain the highest standards of code quality, documentation and reliability across all integration deliverables.
• Provide hands on technical guidance to developers, proactively unblocking technical hurdles and preventing delivery risks.
• Monitor daily tasks closely, ensuring follow-up on action items and strict adherence to project timelines.
• Actively identify and mitigate development risks before they impact the broader program.
• Establish a strong working relationship with management through regular, structured communication.
• Provide accurate daily status updates on tasks, milestones, and ongoing progress.
• Maintain complete transparency by openly sharing technical challenges, bottlenecks, and project risks as they arise.

Responsibility:
