Associate Principal - Data Engineering

Seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager with strong handson expertise in PLSQL development and Oracle database technologies The candidate will lead project delivery manage stakeholders coordinate development teams and drive successful implementation of Oraclebased applications while ensuring quality performance and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend project planning execution monitoring and delivery of Oracle application initiatives
• Manage crossfunctional teams comprising developers DBAs business analysts and support teams
• Drive requirement gathering effort estimation resource planning and project scheduling
• Provide technical leadership on Oracle Database PLSQL development and performance optimization
• Review solution designs code quality database architecture and deployment strategies
• Monitor project risks dependencies and mitigation plans
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates to leadership
• Ensure adherence to SDLC Agile methodologies and organizational governance standards
• Coordinate production releases defect management and postproduction support activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives automation and process optimization

Required Skills
