Job summary

TriNet is hiring an Associate Pricing Analyst in Hyderabad, India to support pricing service cases per SOP and SOX guidelines. You will organize data for new client pricing, analyze trends, and prepare recommendations for managers.

You will log activities, monitor case progress, and collaborate with Sales & Service teams to drive pricing initiatives while maintaining data security and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Typically < 2 years of experience.
• Experience with the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) model and SOX controls preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Essbase, SQL, Tableau or BI systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete pricing service cases per SOP and SOX guidelines.
• Organize data for new client pricing and/or price change review.
• Analyze data and prepare recommendations for managers.

• Carry out departmental improvements, including process manuals and training materials.

• Maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Assist managers and analysts to develop and report on key pricing metrics.
• Support pricing strategies for managers and stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
