Job summary

TriNet in Hyderabad, India, invites applications for a Procurement Analyst who will manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and support the US-based procurement team. You will coordinate with stakeholders, train users, and generate regular procurement reports to drive efficiencies.

The primary function of this role will be to support the US based TriNet procurement team with the processing of requisitions, reporting analytics, and ad-hoc support. The analyst will play a pivotal role for improved quality, services and performance within procurement while ensuring business requirements are fulfilled and value is optimized.LocationsHyderabad, In-OfficeWhat you will doManage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management.Effectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locationsFoster and develop a strong working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into consideration.Research, analyze, coordinate, and respond to incoming inquiries.Educate Purchasers on Procurement Requirements, Tools and Systems, Procedures and PolicyDevelops and provides training and assistance to users. Responds to user questions and requests for assistance.
