The role focuses on drafting US provisional/non-provisional applications, analyzing disclosures, and collaborating with global stakeholders. Qualifications include BE/BTech/MTech in CSE/ECE/EEE with 1+ year patent application experience and a strong grasp of US patent law. LL.B.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in preparing patent applications.
• Strong understanding of US Patent Law; knowledge of EP and Indian patent laws is an advantage.
• Registered Patent Agent certification and/or LL.B. (Hons.) degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting US provisional and non-provisional patent applications.
