Job summary

Hiring Squad in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior transfer pricing and international tax leader with 15+ years of experience to drive revenue growth, win major proposals, and cultivate C-suite client relationships.

You will direct complex TP design, APAs, and global documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR), mentor senior managers, lead large multi-disciplinary teams, and reinforce risk management across engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transfer pricing and international tax experience in a top-tier firm.
• Professional certifications including CA / MBA / US CPA / LL.M. in Taxation.
• Deep knowledge of Indian TP regulations, OECD guidance, and global documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and business development to grow revenue and win major proposals.
• Direct strategic advisory on TP, APAs, and tax authority matters.
• Mentor senior teams and enforce risk management frameworks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Market & Business Development: Spearhead revenue growth by identifying new service opportunities, cultivating C-suite client relationships, and leading major proposal pitches.
• Strategic Advisory & Dispute Resolution: Direct complex global transfer pricing design, supply chain restructuring, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and high-stakes tax authority litigation. [1, 2]
• Practice & People Leadership: Mentor senior managers and directors, oversee large multi-disciplinary teams, and enforce risk management frameworks. [1, 2]

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of intensive transfer pricing and international tax experience within a top-tier professional services firm or Big Four environment. [1]
• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, US CPA, LL.M. in Taxation, or equivalent advanced professional degree.
• Technical Mastery: Superior command of Indian Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and global documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR)
