Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Job description
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build complex reports related operations performance. (Back-log report, ETA, POS report, YTD/MTD/OTD, Exchange rate, Inventory, Demand Planning, Production Dashboard etc.)
  • Utilize Power BI, VBA within Microsoft Excel and SQL design to interact robustly with users, in order to provide solutions using macros.
  • Develop metrics and dashboard reporting for insight to product and inventory performance
  • Responsible for adding list price for items/warranty services, such as price/cost changes, etc.
  • Coordinate the collection of vendors related legal agreements; and retain copies, i.e., Environmental hazardous substantial certificates (ROHS), ISO certification etc.
  • Create queries, design reports, and present findings then making recommendation to direct and upper management
  • Analyze current business and reporting processes and look for means to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information reporting needs
  • Provide assistance to the purchasing and product management teams to ensure that complete and accurate product information is obtained.
  • Should have basic understanding on O2C SAP HANA process to perform reporting related activities.
  • Always have a go getter attitude with adhoc works to be performed as assigned by manager.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Requires excellent working knowledge of the advance excel, Power-BI, Vlook-up, macros, nested If condition, reverse look-up, data validation, conditional formatting, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Requires the ability to deal effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Must have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to multi-task demanding priorities; effective use of resources to deliver results
  • Solid understanding and familiarity with SAP or similar product database/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and ERP systems
Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or related field preferred
  • Analytics:
    • Intermediate-to-Expert-level VBA skills
    • 3+ years MS Excel experience with demonstrated experience VBA, complex formulas (expert level required), able to provide solutions using Power BI, VBA within Microsoft Excel and SQL design to interact robustly with users, in order to provide solutions using macros
    • Database: Relational database experience (Power Query, SQL)
