Job summary

EY in Mumbai is seeking an Associate-Operations for CBS - MGT - Corporate Responsibility to support education initiatives and student success across programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; social work preferred.
• 2-5 years in student counseling, career guidance, education programs or related fields.
• Experience handling student databases, MIS reporting and performance tracking.
• Experience coordinating with educational institutions, training partners, employers or community stakeholders is desirable.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong student counseling and mentoring capabilities with the ability to guide students on academic performance, career pathways, and personal development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for data management, reporting, and student tracking.
• Ability to monitor student progress through structured dashboards and maintain accurate records of academic performance, skilling interventions, internships, placements, and higher education aspirations.
• Knowledge of the higher education and competitive examination landscape (JEE, NEET, CA Foundation, CETs, etc) or willingness to acquire domain expertise.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, student mobilization and conducting counseling and follow-up interventions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualification

• Graduate (In any discipline-preferred Social Work)

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, education programs, employability initiatives, skilling programs, NGO/CSR projects, or related fields.
• Experience in handling student databases, MIS reporting, and performance tracking systems.
• Experience managing student outreach, engagement campaigns, training participation, and follow-up activities.
• Prior exposure to mentoring students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds will be preferred.
• Experience coordinating with educational institutions, training partners, employers, or community stakeholders is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting timelines.
