Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong student counseling and mentoring capabilities with the ability to guide students on academic performance, career pathways, and personal development. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for data management, reporting, and student tracking. Ability to monitor student progress through structured dashboards and maintain accurate records of academic performance, skilling interventions, internships, placements, and higher education aspirations. Knowledge of the higher education and competitive examination landscape (JEE, NEET, CA Foundation, CETs, etc.) or willingness to acquire domain expertise. Experience in stakeholder engagement, student mobilization, and conducting counseling and follow-up interventions. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Graduate (In any discipline-preferred Social Work)

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, education programs, employability initiatives, skilling programs, NGO/CSR projects, or related fields. Experience in handling student databases, MIS reporting, and performance tracking systems. Experience managing student outreach, engagement campaigns, training participation, and follow-up activities. Prior exposure to mentoring students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds will be preferred. Experience coordinating with educational institutions, training partners, employers, or community stakeholders is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting timelines.
