Job summary

EY in Gurgaon invites applications for an Associate-Operations- CBS FIN - Controlling-General Accounting. The role supports finance operations across invoice processing, expense management and reporting within a global professional services firm.

You will work with SAP Concur, MS Office, Power BI and M365 to manage high-volume reimbursements, queries and cash advances, contributing to EY’s drive for accuracy and timely financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in commerce or business-related fields.
• SAP Concur experience (2+ years) and ability to manage high-volume expense processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI and M365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in SAP Concur and MS Office with strong Excel skills for managing and checking high-volume expense reimbursement. Able to handle claimant queries, service requests, expense checking, payment validation, and cash advance recovery with accuracy. Experienced in processing cash surrender entries and supporting exit case clearance activities within finance operations. Skilled in tracking and following up on claims placed on hold due to deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution. Working knowledge of Power BI and M365 is an added advantage for reporting, documentation, and operational coordination.
