Job summary

Colliers is seeking a budding consultant to contribute to proposals, client documents, and internal tools. You will interpret data, craft strategies, and develop business cases while applying case-method thinking to complex problems.

Collaborate with cross-city teams, engage in financial analysis as needed, and deliver high-quality outputs. A strong foundation in analytics and business acumen is essential for growth in this fast-moving consulting practice.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in data interpretation and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Work on Proposals / pitches (RFPs), client consulting documents and internal best practice tools.
• Perform data interpretation, strategy development and solution / business case development.
• Apply critical thinking and solve problems via the case method.
• Coordinate with teams across different cities and countries.

Job Description

• You will be responsible for working on Proposals / pitches (RFPs), client consulting documents and internal best practice tools. Presentation skills need to be top notch
• A high level of data interpretation, strategy development and solution / business case development are required
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems via the case method will be integral to fulfilling your duties within the team
• Ability to co-ordinate and work with teams across different cities and countries is essential
• Basic Financial analysis is a value add
• A strong commitment to and interest in both secondary and primary research is essential
• A commitment to high quality deliverables is essential. We work in a high impact Industry, and our clients expect nothing short of exceptional deliverables
