Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional motion-design or animation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good foundations in typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret feedback, solve visual problems, manage files and deliver on deadlines.
• Experience supporting e-learning, product or content-production pipelines is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Turn scripts, storyboards and briefs into style frames and animation maintaining visual direction.
• Build and composite animations in After Effects; prepare artwork in Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Synchronize motion with narration, dialogue and music while maintaining readability.
• Work with editors, designers and production teams through reviews and revisions.
• Maintain clean project files, assets and versions; track feedback and milestones.
• Quality-check timing, spelling, visual consistency and codecs for delivery.
• Create cutdowns and alternate formats as required and ensure correct naming conventions.

Role: Motion Graphics Artist

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Artist to create polished, engaging animation for immersive technology, product, training and promotional content. You will translate scripts, storyboards and creative briefs into clear motion-led visuals, collaborating closely with editors, designers and production teams. The role suits someone with strong design fundamentals, purposeful animation timing and careful finishing who can manage versions and deliver organized project files and reliable exports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Turn scripts, storyboards and creative briefs into style frames and animation that communicate ideas clearly and stay consistent with the visual direction.
• Build and composite animations in Adobe After Effects; prepare and adapt artwork in Illustrator and Photoshop, and integrate rendered 3D and live-action footage where needed.
• Synchronize motion and transitions with narration, dialogue, music and edit pacing while maintaining readable text and a strong visual hierarchy.
• Work with video editors, storyboard artists, content designers and 3D production teams through reviews, revisions and final delivery.
• Maintain clean, well-organized project files, assets and versions; track feedback and meet agreed milestones across multiple assignments.
• Quality-check animations and exports for timing, spelling, visual consistency, resolution, aspect ratio, audio sync and rendering issues.
• Create cutdowns and alternate formats when required and support delivery in the specified codecs, naming conventions and platform formats.

What We Need

• 2–4 years of professional motion-design or animation experience and a portfolio or showreel that demonstrates finished work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is useful.
• Good foundations in typography, composition, colour, visual storytelling, keyframe animation, easing, masking and compositing.
• Ability to interpret feedback, solve visual problems, manage files and versions, and deliver quality work to deadlines.
• Experience supporting e-learning, product, 3D/cinematic or other content-production pipelines is an advantage.
