Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar Reinsurance role.
• Strong domain knowledge and leadership/mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with software project delivery methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role as of experience in the Reinsurance domain.
• Strong domain knowledge
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software project delivery methodologies and best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training a plus
